The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Temporary 24-Hour Shelter For 6 Homeless Men And 2 Homeless Women In A Shelter For Homeless People Whose Last Place Of Residence Was The Kostrzyn Commune.2.The Provision Of Services Includes, Among Others: On Providing 24-Hour, Temporary Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People Along With Full Board, And Providing Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, Ending Homelessness And Gaining Independence In Life. People Whose Last Place Of Residence Was The Kostrzyn Commune.3.The Detailed Scope And Standard Of Services Provided As Part Of The Stay In The Facility, Qualifications Of The People Providing Services There And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Facilities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896, As Amended).4. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Forecast Number Of People Sent To The Shelter During The Implementation Of This Order Will Be 6 Homeless Men And 2 Homeless Women. The Number Of Homeless People Given By The Ordering Party Is The Number Expected During The Entire Duration Of This Order.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex 1 To Swz.6.The Number Of Services Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Will Require Assistance In The Form Of Shelter Services For Homeless People In The Kostrzyn Commune. The Expected Number Of Benefits (Explanation: One Benefit For One Day Of Stay) Is 736.10.The Contract For Services Assumed An Estimated Remuneration, 11. All Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documents Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 12. If The Ordering Party, When Describing The Subject Of The Order, Referred To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Also Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law13.If The Ordering Party Has Used An Indication Of The Origin (Trademark, Brand, Manufacturer, Patent, Supplier) Of Materials And Devices When Describing The Subject Of The Order, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices (Together With A Document Confirming Their Equivalence), Other Than Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Guarantee The Execution Of The Order And Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documenta
