The Subject Of The Order Is Graphic Design, Printing And Delivery Of Promotional Materials With The Logo Indicated By The Ordering Party.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex 1.3.If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Indicated Trademarks, Manufacturer, Supplier, Approvals, Marking Of Standards, Patents Or Origin Of Materials, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.4.The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
