Szpitalna 45. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Services To Protect People And Property Of The Facilities Of The Provincial Combined Hospital. Dr. Romana Ostrzyckiego In Konin Located At Ul. Cardinal S. Wyszyńskiego 1 And Ul. Szpitalna 45, Including Protection Of Persons And Property Of The Hospital Emergency Department At Ul. Szpitalna 45, 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week, And Running (Security And Service) The Concierge/Information/Cloakroom At Ul. Cardinal S. Wyszyńskiego 1, Concierge/Information/Cloakroom/Telephone Switchboard At Ul. Szpitalna 45. Security Is Provided By Three Permanent Posts And Round Posts, And In The Event Of A Threat, They Are Supported By Intervention Groups. 2. The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts (Packages). For Expediency And Organizational Reasons And Due To The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Execution Of The Contract Divided Into Lots Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties, As Well As Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution And Would Lead To Excessive Difficulties Related To The Coordination Of The Activities Of Various Contractors. 4. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contract In Accordance With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Services Included In The Scope Of The Basic Order, The Scope Of Which Is Described In Detail In Annex 2 To The Swz, With A Total Value Not Exceeding Pln 595,627.50 Gross. The Order Will Be Awarded On A Negotiated Basis After Negotiations On Price. The Remaining Services Will Be Provided On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Basic Contract. 5. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 6. The Minimum Guaranteed Level Of The Value Of The Services That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Commission Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. 9. Requirements For Employing People Under An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Act, Specifies The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245, As Amended). The Requirement Applies To Activities Directly Related To The Provision Of Services, I.E. Activities Of Employees Involving Direct Performance
