The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery Upon Request Of Various Types Of Medical Instrumentation, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes Delivery To The Employers Warehouse And Unloading Of The Quantity Of Products Delivered Upon A Given Request.In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Products From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Position. In The Event That A Participant Offers One Or More Products From The Specific Position In Which He Participates, But The Same/Same Ones Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Has Not Been Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Specific Position.The Contracting Authority Divides The Order Into 4 Separate Items. Separate Items No. 1 ÷ No. 3 Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Zop The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 (Eur 79,998.77) For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. Given The Above, Separate Item No. 4 Will Be Awarded By Direct Award, As It Has An Estimated Value Of Less Than €25,564.59 Without Vat (Less Than 9% Of The Total Value Of The Order) And Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Zop.
