The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor Possessing The Necessary Professional Competence And Qualification To Perform The Services Of Preparing An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase And Exercising Author Supervision.The Full Description Of The Requirements Regarding The Content Of The Project Are Contained In The Technical Specification/Terms Of Reference For Each Specific Position.The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is Up To Eur 109,250.00 (One Hundred And Nine Thousand Two Hundred And Fifty Eur) Excluding Vat.According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Individual Value Of Item #2 Is Below 21,850.00 Euros Without Vat, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Specific Position No. 2, Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment.
