The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Periodic Supply Of Hygiene And Cleaning Products For The Needs Of The Municipal Administration And Secondary Budget Managers.Deliveries Are Made On The Basis Of Periodic Written Requests (By E-Mail Or Through An Electronic System), According To The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. If Necessary, During The Execution Of The Contract, The List Of Delivery Objects Can Be Updated By Including New Ones Or Excluding Existing Ones. The Contractor Undertakes To Serve The Newly Introduced Sites Under The Same Price And Organizational Conditions. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And The Employer Is Not Bound By Their Full Utilization. If The Need Arises, Quantities Above The Estimated Ones Can Be Requested, As Well As Items By Type And Quantity Outside The Initial List. On The Basis Of Art. 47A Of The Public Procurement Act, The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement Lays Down Mandatory Environmental Requirements For Certain Products To Be Delivered. These Requirements Are Regulated And Comply With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement. ​​​​​​​
