The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Services For Removal, Disposal And Disposal Of Hazardous Hospital Waste Generated By The Activities Of Psagbal Sveta Sofia Ead For A Period Of 12 /Twelve/ Months. The Order Is Complete And Is Not Divided Into Separate Items. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Offer. Participants Should Offer All Services Included In The Subject Of The Order. In The Event That The Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Services According To The Public Procurement Specification, The Offer Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. Presentation Of Variants In The Offer Is Not Allowed. The Contractor Should Provide And Provide The Contracting Authority With Turnover Containers For Temporary Storage And Transportation Of The Individual Types Of Hospital Waste At The Contracting Authoritys Site. The Containers Should Be A Minimum Of 10 /Ten/ Pieces With A Capacity Of 240 /Two Hundred And Forty/ Liters. The Performance Of Services Related To Waste Removal From The Contractors Site Are Carried Out Once A Week According To Schedule /Every Wednesday From 7:30 To 9:00 A.M./ And On An Extraordinary Basis After A Written Request Of The Contractor /Sent By E-Mail/. The Types Of Waste Generated By The Operation Of The Medical Facility For A Period Of 12 Months Are As Follows:- Waste Code 18 01 02 - Volume - 1,500 Kg- Waste Code 18 01 03* - Volume - 31,000 Kg The Contracting Authority Shall Pay Monthly For The Services Rendered Within 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Receipt Of All Necessary Documents For The Services Rendered During The Relevant Completed Accounting Month.​​​​​​​​A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Methodology For Evaluating The Offers, As Well As The Instructions For Preparing The Offers And Conducting The Procedure Are Available In The Attached Files To The Public Procurement.
