The Subject Of The Public Contract Awarded By The Municipality Of Troyan Is The Exercise Of Author Supervision During The Construction Of A Site: Correction Of The Beli Osam River And Construction Of Areas For Public Use In The Section From The Bridge At Vitex To The Bridge At The Central Cooperative Market In The Town Of Troyan.The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Activities Of Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction. The Authors Supervision Is A Service In Which Strict Control Over The Work Of The Construction Site Is Carried Out And A Guarantee For The Accurate Implementation Of The Project By The Builder; Technological, Construction Rules And Norms Are Observed, As Well As The Preparation Of The Project Documentation For Putting The Site Into Operation.The Purpose Of The Order Is To Conclude A Contract For Author Supervision With The Designers Who Developed The Relevant Investment Project. Each Of The Design Team Will Exercise Author Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works, According To The Approved Investment Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning And The By-Laws For Its Implementation, Will Sign The Acts And Protocols During The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works, According To Zut And Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Will Visit The Site (Construction) By Carrying Out Expert Activities, Gives Instructions For The Exact Observance Of The Project Made By Him And Assists The Employer In The Implementation Of The Project.
