The Municipality Therefore Wants The Agreement To Support The Handling Of Clean Stone Masses For Sorting And Crushing For Reuse, As Well As The Reception Of Asphalt Flakes Where This Is Appropriate And In Line With Current Requirements. For The Suppliers, It Is Important To Note That The Procurement Should Provide The Municipality With A Practical And Robust Supply Solution, With Clear Frameworks For Quality, Documentation, Traceability And Call-Off During The Contract Period. Deliveries Must Be Freely Loaded Onto The Car. The Framework Agreement Must Be Able To Be Used Across The Municipalitys Operations And Cover Both Ordinary Needs And Situations Where There Is A Need For Quick Access To Masses. The Assignment Also Includes The Handling Of Clean Stone Masses From The Municipalitys Facilities, Including Reception, Sorting And Crushing For Reuse When This Is Relevant. In Addition, The Agreement Must Include The Receipt Of Asphalt Flakes For Reuse Where This Is Technically And Practically Suitable. What Is Requested Is A Delivery That Collectively Gives The Municipality Stable Access To Necessary Masses, Appropriate Capacity And A Solution That Supports The Municipalitys Goals Of Quality, Efficient Use Of Resources And Increased Reuse. Framework Agreement The Procurement Will Be Regulated By The Attached Framework Agreement, With Associated Standard Conditions. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration From 19.12.2026 - 18.12.2028 With The Option For The Client To Extend The Framework Agreement By A Further 1+1 Years. The Client Will Enter Into Parallel Agreements With Two Or More Suppliers, Provided That A Sufficient Number Of Qualified Suppliers Make Offers. Call-Off Must Be Made With The Framework Agreement Supplier Who Has The Shortest Transport Distance Between The Specified Production Facility And The Delivery Location. The Transport Distance Is Calculated As The Shortest Drivable Distance On The Public Road Network Using Google Maps. Transport Distances Are Considered To Be Approximately The Same If The Difference Is Less Than 5 Km. If The Transport Distance Is Approximately The Same, The Highest-Ranked Supplier After The Award Of The Competition Must Be Used. If The Selected Supplier Documents A Lack Of Capacity, Cannot Deliver Within The Requested Time Or Gives Reasons In Writing For Other Conditions That Make Delivery Impossible, The Employer Can Address The Request To The Next Supplier In The Ranking. The Client Does Not Guarantee Any Minimum Volume To The Individual Supplier.
