Descriptionthe Storting Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase Of Waste Disposal Services And Other Related Services Which, By Their Nature And Function, Naturally Fall Within The Purpose And Scope Of The Contract. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Stable, Efficient And Environmentally Sound Handling Of Waste From The Stortings Operations. The Procurement Shall Include Regular Collection, Collection, Transport, Weighing, Sorting And Treatment Of Waste, As Well As Associated Services Such As Rental, Operation And Maintenance Of Compactors And Other Necessary Equipment, Consultancy, Reporting And Follow-Up Of Waste Data. Furthermore, The Delivery Shall Contribute To The Storting Achieving Its Environmental Targets For 2025-2028, Including Increasing The Sorting Rate To 85 Per Cent And Reducing The Amount Of Waste By 10 Per Cent By The End Of 2028 Compared To 2019 Level. The Supplier Who Is Awarded The Contract Must Contribute To Continuous Improvement, Good Resource Utilization And A Reliable Data Basis For Environmental Reporting.
