The Figures Stated In The Competition Documents Must Therefore Be Regarded As Indicative. It Is Therefore Difficult To Give Any Good Estimates Of The Value. The Contract Conditions Used Have Been Newly Developed By The Norwegian Coastal Administration And Adapted To The Icebreaker Service. We Recommend That The Tenderers Familiarize Themselves With The Contracts And Associated Documents. The Maximum Value Stated For All Contracts Is A Rough Estimate. The Norwegian Coastal Administration Does Not Have Good Enough Experience To Give A Good Value Assessment As Some Areas Are New And/Or Have Not Had Active Ice Breaking In Recent Years.
