The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting Of Liability Insurance For Damage Caused By The Operation Of A Motor Vehicle (Compulsory Liability) And Accident Insurance For Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Compulsory Liability And Accident Insurance).Vehicle Insurance Of Contribution Organizations And Other Co-Insured Entities May Be Included In The Insurance Gradually During The Duration Of The Insurance Contract, Following The Termination Of The Existing Insurance Contracts Of These Organizations.The Subject Of Insurance Will Be Secured By Concluding Insurance Contracts For A Period Of 48 Months With The Possibility Of Automatic Extension. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Duration Of The Contract, Even Repeatedly, Under The Condition Of Maintaining The Agreed Business Conditions, Especially The Prices And Discounts Provided.On The Basis Of Concluded Insurance Contracts, The Selected Supplier Will Provide The Contracting Authority With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Public Contract.A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Annexes Of The Zd, Namely Annexes No. 7 And No. 8 Of The Zd. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of Performance Within The Given Public Contract. If The Offer Contains Only Partial Insurance As Part Of The Public Contract Or Otherwise Does Not Correspond To The Tender Conditions, This Will Result In The Exclusion Of The Supplier From The Tender Procedure.Each Offer Must Include All Insurance Conditions, Brokerage Clause And Contractual Agreement Relating To The Offer Listed In The Zd, Especially In Its Article 9 And Its Annexes No. 7 And 8.
