Tenders Are Invited For Extended Maintenance Contract For The 20 Elevators Equipping The Rental Park And The Headquarters Of Fourmies Habitat

This Contract Is Launched As Part Of An Adapted Procedure With Negotiation, In Accordance With The Principles Of The Public Order Code, Both In Its Rules Of Award And Execution. This Contract Is Concluded For A Period Between January 1, 2027 And December 31, 2030, Then Renewable For A Period Of One (1) Year By Tacit Renewal With A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years, Unless Terminated By One Of The Two Parties, By Registered Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt, At Least Three (3) Months Before The Annual Deadline. The Deadline Is Therefore Set For December 31, 2030.
