Tenders Are Invited For Development Of A Legal, Methodological And Practical Solution For The Transposition And Implementation Of The Requirements Of The Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive (Eu) 2024/3019 Integrated Plans For The Management Of Urban Waste Water Into Estonian Law

The Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive, Which Entered Into Force On 01.01.2025, Stipulates That Member States Must Draw Up An Integrated Urban Waste Water Management Plan For The Water Catchment Areas Of At Least 100,000 Iu Waste Water Catchment Areas. In Addition, An Integrated Urban Wastewater Management Plan Must Also Be Drawn Up For The Catchment Areas Of Wastewater Catchment Areas Between 10,000 Ie And 100,000 Ie That Meet The Criteria Set Forth In The Directive. It Is Necessary To Find Out Which Wastewater Collection Areas Of 10,000 Iu To 100,000 Iu Need To Prepare An Integrated Plan For Urban Wastewater Management And To Develop The Requirements For The Preparation Of The Plan, Which Take Into Account The Minimum Content Requirements Given In The Annex To The Directive And The Existence Of Existing National Sectoral Plans.
