The Subject Of This Publication Is The Conclusion Of Non-Exclusive Cooperation Agreements For The Implementation Of Workshop Seminar Training As Part Of Company Health Promotion For Corporate Customers Of Aok Plus - The Health Insurance Fund For Saxony And Thuringia. Aok Plus Is Looking For Qualified Cooperation Partners To Carry Out Workshops, Seminars And Training Courses As Part Of Company Health Promotion In Companies In Saxony And Thuringia. Aok Plus Supports Health-Promoting Activities In Companies With Behavioral And Relationship Preventative Interventions. The Aim Is To Specifically Improve The Individual Behavior Of Employees (Behavior Prevention) As Well As The Working Conditions And The Company Environment (Relationship Prevention) And To Promote The Long-Term Health Of All Employees. Aok Plus Is Thus Fulfilling Its Legal Mandate. The Services Are Based On Sections 20A And 20B Sgb V And Are Aimed At All Employees Of A Company That Is Supported By Aok Plus. Aok Plus Can Have Company Health Promotion (Bgf) Interventions Carried Out By External Cooperation Partners Working On Its Behalf. The Cooperation Partner Implements This According To Needs And Holds Workshops, Seminars And Training Courses In Accordance With The Detailed Specifications Of The Service Description (Appendix 1 Of The Application For Participation). The Contract Is Concluded As Part Of A So-Called Open House Procedure, I.E. H. A Cooperation Agreement Is Concluded With Each Interested Company That Meets The Participation Requirements, Specifying Uniform Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure. The Purchase Quantity Is Unknown When The Agreement Is Concluded And Depends In Particular On The Needs Of The Corporate Customer As Well As The Selection From The Cooperation Partners Contractually Bound Within The Framework Of This Procedure, Which Only The Corporate Customer Makes. The Assignment Is Carried Out By Aok Plus Based On Individual Needs. This Agreement Does Not Provide Any Quantitative Or Exclusive Assurance. Interested Companies (Applicants) Can Access The Participation Documents Via The Link To The Project Room Of The German Procurement Portal (Dtvp) Mentioned Under Point 5.1.11 Of This Announcement. This Requires Registration On The Procurement Platform (Dtvp) And Activation Of Access To The Project Room By The Client. Registration And Activation For The Project Room Is Free Of Charge. The Participation Documents Must Be Filled Out Completely And Submitted Via The Communication Module In The Project Room Of The Award Platform. If It Is Not Possible To Sign The Cooperation Agreement With A Qualified Electronic Signature, It Must Be Signed By Hand And Submitted By Post. In This Case, The Signed Cooperation Agreement Is Available In Advance As A Scan Together With The Other Participants
