This Is A Request For Information, The Purpose Of Which Is To Collect And Share Information For A Future Procurement And To Enable Dialogue Between The Procurement Unit And Potential Bidders. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Ride Transfer Service For Passenger Transport To The Satakunta Welfare Area. Kyydinvälytyskeskus Receives, Combines And Forwards The Travel Orders Of The Customer And Its Transport Service Customers. In Addition, The Service To Be Acquired Includes Transport Monitoring, Reporting, Money Transfer Management And Compilation Of Invoicing Information. The Procurement Unit Also Hopes For Views From Operators On Alternative Ways To Implement The Service And The Procurement Package. All Services Are Provided In Finnish. The Satakunta Welfare Area Currently Has A Valid Contract For The Procurement Of A Ride Transfer Service. The Contracts Option Period Starts At The Beginning Of 2027, After Which The Contract Is Valid Indefinitely, With A Six-Month Notice Period. Experience From The Last Two (2) Years Of Service, In Which At Least 100,000 Rides Of The Same Type Per Year Have Been Provided, Is Considered Sufficient. An Explanation Of The Reference (Subscribers, Scope Of Contracts And Date) Must Be Provided When Registering For The Market Dialogue. The Possible Reference Requirement For The Tender Request Can Be Changed. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Discuss E.G. Procurement Implementation Options And Content. The Statutory Tasks Of The Satakunta Welfare Area Are The Organization Of Social And Health Care And Rescue Operations. The Welfare Area Serves The Entire Satakunta Region (Eura, Eurajoki, Harjavalta, Huittinen, Jämijärvi, Kankaanpää, Karvia, Kokemäki, Merikarvia, Nakkila, Pomarkku, Pori, Rauma, Siikainen, Säkylä And Ulvila).
