The Aim Of The Tender Procedure Is To Conclude An Agreement By Means Of Award With One (1) Contractor For The Provision Of The Corporate Social Work Service For Tu Delft. The Contractor Offers A Minimum Of Two And A Maximum Of Three Permanent Bmw Employees For This Assignment. Based On Current Insights, Tu Delft Expects An Average Need For Bmw Of Approximately 34 Hours Per Week, With A Maximum Of 1496 Hours Per Year. The Estimated Contract Value Of This Tender For The Maximum Term Of Four (4) Years (Including Any Extension) Is Approximately €1,162,000 Excluding Vat. The Corporate Social Worker Guides Employees Within Tu Delft With Psychosocial Problems, Insofar As These Are Related To And/Or Influence The Work Situation, With The Aim Of Promoting The Well-Being And Effective Functioning Of The Employee. The Initial Term Of The Agreement Is Three (3) Years, Starting On February 1, 2027 And Ending On February 1, 2030.
