The Emphasis Is On Ensuring Continuity, Availability, Quality, Security And Future-Proofing Of The Platform. The Service Provider Provides Specialist Support Services For This In The Form Of Managed Services For Management And Consultancy For Further Development. The Supplier Is Expected To Act As A Strategic And Operational Servicenow Partner For Lvnl. The Supplier Provides Technical Application Management, Supports Lifecycle Management And Upgrades, Carries Out Configuration Changes, Advises On Platform Development And License Use And Supports Lvnl With Changes, Extensions And Implementation Of New Functionality. The Platform Is Managed By Lvnl, Supported By An External Specialist Servicenow Partner. Lvnl Wishes To Enter Into A Sustainable Partnership With One Supplier Who Can Provide Management, Support And Further Development Of The Platform. The Desired Service Essentially Consists Of Two Services, Namely Managed Services (Management) And Consultancy. The Agreement Is Expected To Enter Into Force In Mid-February 2027. The Agreement Has An Initial Term Of 2 Years With Four Options For A 2-Year Extension. The Total Maximum Term Of The Agreement Is 10 Years.
