The Subject Of The Order Is A Service In The Field Of Sanitary Transport Of Patients And Biological Materials For The Provision Of Health Services For The Needs Of Zoz Oświęcim. The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party (The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform Sanitary Transports With Its Own Transport Teams). 2. The Transport Of Persons For The Zoz In Oświęcim Must Meet The Requirements Of The National Health Fund And Include, In Particular, The Transport Of The Ordering Partys Patients: - Between Departments Due To Their Location In Different Buildings, - To Other Medical Entities, - Transport Of Patients For Consultations, Diagnostic Tests And/Or Taking Patients Home And Bringing (Carrying) The Patient By The Contractor, - Transport Of Blood And Material For Diagnostic Tests To Other Facilities.
