Engineering Design Services – Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Project Titled Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Skoczów - Stage Ii. 1. Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Skoczów - Stage Ii, Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And The Final Building Permit, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works. 2) The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Enabling The Conduct Of A Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works And Their Implementation In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Documentation Should Be Prepared Divided Into Five Separate Investment Tasks, Covered By One Building Permit. At The Same Time, Each Task Should Be Designed In A Way That Enables Its Independent Implementation, Commissioning And Use, Including Obtaining, If Required By Law, A Separate Use Permit. 2. Scope Of The Order: As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Develop A Concept For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant And Obtain Its Approval From The Ordering Party; 2) Preparation Of Complete Multi-Industry Design Documentation Covering All Industries Necessary To Implement The Investment Based On Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Part Ii - Functional And Utility Program For The Investment Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Skoczów - Stage Ii (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu). The Expected Technological Layout And Solutions Are To Be Consistent With The Functional And Utility Program; 3) Preparation Of Geological And Geotechnical Documentation And Any Other Studies Required By Applicable Regulations; 4) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bioz Information; 5) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit; 6) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit; 7) Providing Explanations Regarding Design Documentation During The Procedure/Proceedings For Awarding Contracts For Construction Works; 8) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Material Scope Of The Order, Technical, Technological, Functional, Material, Operational And Organizational Requirements Are Specified In: 1) Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Part I; 2) Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Part Ii - Functional And Utility Program For The Investment Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Skoczów - Stage Ii, Along With Other Documents Constituting Its Integral Part. 4. Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order 1) Design Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular
