Computer Support And Consultancy Services – Mp 2025.09.795 - Support Niveau 1 Service Desk. This Call For Tenders Concerns First-Level It Support Services (Telephone Support, Handling Of Electronic Requests, Handling And Resolution Of Incidents, And Fulfillment Of Service Requests That Fall Under The Service Desk) For An Initial Duration Of Four Years, With The Possibility Of Extending By One Year. The Contract Is Made Up Of A Firm Tranche Covering Ordinary Service Desk Services, Mainly Carried Out On Site, As Well As An Optional Tranche To Meet Additional Or One-Off Needs. The Resources Required For The Firm Tranche Are Estimated At At Least 4 Ftes (Full Time Equivalents) To Carry Out All The Services.
