The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management (Through Thermal Transformation) Of Waste With Code 19 12 10, Originating From Mechanical And Biological Processing Of Municipal Waste, Including Large-Sized Waste That Is Not Hazardous, Neutral Or Biodegradable Waste, In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Stream Of Accepted Waste Due To The Very High Variability Of This Stream, Therefore The Order Was Divided Into The Basic Scope (Guaranteed) And The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. An Option Is Envisaged To Increase The Amount Of Waste Coded For Collection And Management Of Waste Coded 19 12 10. 4 3. The Quantity Of Waste Coded 19 12 10 Intended For Collection And Management Under The Basic Order Is 4,000 Mg. 4. The Amount Of Waste With Code 19 12 10 Intended For Collection And Management Under The Option Is Up To 4,000 Mg. 5. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Waste Intended For Collection And Management Is Up To 8,000 Mg, Including: Under The Basic Order: 4,000 Mg And Under The Option: Up To 4,000 Mg. 6. Waste Will Be Offered In The Form Of: Loose. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (Zuok), Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 7. Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Managed Through Thermal Transformation. The Contractor May Carry Out The Above-Mentioned Rainfall Management Independently Or Through Other Entities With Appropriate Permits (Subcontractors). The Contractor Then Bears Full Responsibility Towards The Ordering Party For Ensuring The Waste Disposal Method Permitted Above. 8. Information About The Ordering Partys Technological Line The Technological Process Implemented At Zuok Olsztyn Is Based On Mechanical And Biological Technology, Including Bio-Drying Of Municipal Waste And Its Subsequent Mechanical Sorting In Order To Prepare And Clean Fuel From Waste. The Waste Offered As Part Of The Order Is A Light Fraction Coming From The Fuel Production Line. The Light Fraction Of Waste Consists Of Plastic, Waste Paper, Rubber, Textiles, Wood And Biodegradable Waste. Due To The Nature Of Municipal Waste And Its Significant Morphological Variability, The Presence Of Glass And Metals In The Produced Light Fraction Cannot Be Ruled Out. Due To The Fact That The Composition Of The Fractions Depends On The Morphology Of The Waste Imported To Zuok, The Above-Mentioned Composition Is Only Indicative And Cannot Be The Basis For Claims Against The Ordering Party. 9.
