Solar Energy - Reconstruction Of The Alzheimer Center Building - Pve Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pve) As Part Of The Permitted Plan To Convert The Building Into A Social Care Facility - Alzheimers Center, Čeňka Zemana 431, Černčice U Loun. Incl. Turnkey Battery Storage, Including The Training Of Responsible Employees Of The Contracting Authority And Including The Related Engineering Activity. The Subject Of The Delivery Is The Implementation (Installation And Assembly) And Actual Commissioning Of The Pv Plant And Storage Incl. Related Engineering Activities To The Extent Necessary. The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Project Documentation, Which Forms Appendix No. 4 Of This Zd. The Produced Pv Plants Will Be Used To Cover The Facilitys Own Electricity Consumption. Any Excess Electricity Will Be Stored In Accumulators. Pv Constructions Will Consist Of The Installation Of Pv Panels On The Roofs Of The Clients Building. The Pv Panels Will Be Installed Using The Construction System Typical For The Roof Installation Specified In The Project Documentation. The Structures Will Be Laid Out And Set Up To Withstand The Weather Conditions Of The Given Location. Before Starting The Installation, The Supplier Prepares The Wiring Design (String Plan) Of The Offered System In The Design Program Of Its Manufacturer, Documents Compliance With The Manufacturers Rules And Submits It To The Designer For Approval; The Arrangement Must Correspond To The Technology Layout Drawing. The Design Is Used For Confirmation By The Manufacturer, For Creating The Physical Layout In The Monitoring Portal And For Commissioning. The Layout Cannot Be Changed Without The Approval Of The Designer. The Subject Of The Contract Will Thus Include The Supply Of Complete Technology, Assembly Of Structures, Pv Panels And Storage For The Accumulation Of Electrical Energy. Furthermore, The Complete Necessary Electrical Installation And Modification Of The Existing Switchboards (If Necessary) At The Point Of Connection. The Contract Also Includes The Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Condition. The Duty Of The Selected Supplier As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Contract Is Also Related Engineering, In Particular Ensuring The Connection Of The Completed Work To The Electrical Network With The Relevant Distributor.
