The Contracting Entity Aims At The Acquisition Of An Accident Intervention Service At The Automatic Fire Extinguishing Installations Of The Means Of Transport For Buses And Trolleybuses In The Fleet Operated By Ratbv Sa Brasov. The Supply Of Materials And The Provision Of Services Within The Deadline Determines The Provision Of The Necessary Conditions For The Operative Intervention To Restore The Installations To Operation And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For The Exit Of The Means Of Public Transport In Common Traffic With The Automatic Fire Extinguishing System In Optimal And Functioning Parameters And Will Have The Following Socio-Economic Benefits: • Ensuring The Fleet Of Functional Vehicles; • Increasing The Degree Of Comfort Offered To Clients; • Increasing The Degree Of Customer Satisfaction In Relation To The Services Offered By The Company; • Increasing The Degree Of Security Of End Customers, Travel Components, Materials And Spare Parts Offered For Automatic Fire Extinguishing Installations Must Be Original O.E. Parts. (Original Equipment) Or Parts Approved And Certified Directly By The Manufacturer Of The System, Fogmaker International Ab. All Materials Supplied Must Correspond To The Technical Prescriptions Of The Manufacturer Of The Installation. The Necessary Products And Quantities Are Contained In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference, Which Are An Integral Part Of It, The Purchase To Be Made On The Basis Of A 48-Month Framework Agreement, Through Subsequent Contracts, Concluded With A Frequency Of 2 Months, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Entity, With The Resumption Of The Competition. The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Carried Out By Resuming The Competition Between The Economic Operators Signatories Of The Framework Agreement, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Award Documentation And The Applicable Legislation. In The Stage Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts, The Resumption Of The Competition Will Be Carried Out Partially, On The Financial Component, Namely The Price, And The Term Of Service Provision. The Mechanism For Awarding Subsequent Contracts By Resuming The Competition Will Take Place With A Frequency Of [6 Months], While The Unit Prices In The Framework Agreement Will Be Subject To Adjustment/Indexation With An Annual Frequency (Every 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Framework Agreement), Based On The Adjustment Formula Established In This Documentation. In Each Competition Resumption Procedure, The Starting Prices (Maximum Ceilings Allowed) Will Be The Unit Prices From The Framework Agreement In Force On The Date Of The Re-Offer Invitation, Respectively: The Initial Prices Offered (For Competition Resumptions In The First 12 Months) Or Prices Updated Through The Annual Adjustment Formula (For Competition Resumptions Organized After The Completion Of Each Year Of The Framework Agreement). The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement Can Be Found In Annex 1 Of The Specifications.
