The Subject Of The Awarded Public Contract Is Based On The Document Nová Severojijní Komunikace Kunratic, Processed By Ipr Praha, The Provision Of Services Consisting Of: A) Preparation Of Dsz-Documentation For Planning Permission B) Provision Of Surveys Necessary For The Processing Of Project Documentation C) Engineering (Procurement) Activity For Ensuring The Issuance Of Planning Permission D) Provision Of Dvz-Documentation For Construction Assignment E) Engineering (Procurement) Activity For The Phase Of Selecting The Construction Contractor F) Performance Of The Authors Supervision Of The Designer During Construction The Proposed Building Is Situated On The South-Eastern Edge Of Prague, In The Kunratica District And In The Libuš, Municipality Of Prague, Where It Runs In A North-South Direction. Its Route Starts At The Level Of U Rakovky Street And Continues In A Southern Direction, Where It Connects Near Kunratická Spojka Street To The Future Eastern Bypass Of Písnice. The New Road With A Length Of Approximately 1.0 Km Is Considered According To The Parameters Of The Local Collector 2-Lane Road. It Will Also Be Designed For Public Transport And Bicycle Transport. The Construction Is In Accordance With The Valid Spatial Plan Of Prague. Among Other Things, This New Road Should Contribute To Solving The Unfavorable Traffic Situation On Vídeňská And Libušská Streets. It Will Become Part Of The Street Network Of The Capital In The Future.
