The Deliveries Of The Food Products Are Carried Out According To A Quantitative Request Prepared By The Host Or The Manager Of The Municipal Enterprise Social Services - Ivaylovgrad According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Requests Made Are Transmitted Electronically, /Fax/E-Mail, Hand-Delivered To A Representative Of The Contractor According To A Template Established By The Parties, Containing A Description Of The Items Requested, Their Quantities And A Schedule For Their Delivery. The Contracting Authority May Change The Stated Quantities In The Requests Made, Depending On The Actual Needs, No Later Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours Before The Delivery, By Notifying The Contractor Of This In Writing Or By Telephone. The Delivered Food Products Should Be Safe, Fit For Consumption And Not Harmful To Peoples Health, Meet The Requirements Of The Food Law And Related By-Laws, Including Ordinance No. 1 Of 26.01.2016 On Food Hygiene; Ordinance No. 1 Of 22.01.2018 On The Physiological Norms For Feeding The Population; Ordinance On The Requirements For The Labeling And Presentation Of Foods, Adopted By Pms No. 383 Of 4.12.2014, Promulgated, Sg No. 102 Of 12.12.2014, In Force From 13.12.2014, As Well As All Other Normative And Non-Normative Acts And Provisions Of The Current National And European Legislation, Guaranteeing The Quality Execution Of The Order, The Quality And Suitability For Consumption Of The Food Products, The Subject Of The Order. Food Products Should Have A Good Appearance, Meet All Regulatory Requirements For Packaging, Labeling And Transportation Of Food Products Applicable To The Relevant Food Group. Food Products In Packaging In Bad Condition Or With Damaged Integrity Will Not Be Accepted By The Contracting Authority. Each Delivered Food Product Should Be Within The Initial Expiration Date On The Date Of The Respective Delivery And With A Residual Expiration Date Of Not Less Than 50% Of The Total Expiration Date Announced By The Manufacturer.
