The Service Covered By This Contract Aims For Each Year To: • Develop, On The Survey Platform, The Online Questionnaire Used To Collect Data, Developed By The “Organization And Care Pathway” Department Of Inca; Test The Questionnaire; Develop An Analysis Plan Shared With The Institute Team; • Manage And Update The Database Of Contacts Of Questionnaire Respondents; • Implement, Under The Leadership Of The Inca, The Aforementioned Radiotherapy Observatory Survey By The Following Means: O Prepare, Organize And Monitor The Collection Of Data With The Aim Of Having The Most Exhaustive Vision (In Terms Of Participation Rate) Of The 170 French Centers Authorized To Practice Radiotherapy; O Provide Technical Expertise (Knowledge Of Equipment, Techniques, Technologies And Professions In Radiotherapy) In Order To Enable Radiotherapy Centers To Best Complete The Survey Questionnaire; O Set Up A Support System For Operators During The Data Collection Period (Dedicated And Secure Email Address; Possibility Of Setting Up A Telephone Exchange In The Event Of A Problem) To Answer Any Questions From Radiotherapy Centers Participating In The Surveys (Need For Clarification On Certain Items In The Questionnaire, Need For Additional Collection Time, Etc.); O Carry Out A Consistency Check On The Data Collected And Freeze The Database; • Provide Inca With All Quantitative Analyzes As Previously Defined In The Analysis Plan; • Return To Inca A Usable Database In The Form Of Excel Tables (And Whose Structure Will Also Have Been Defined Beforehand).
