Tramway Depot Construction Work - Modernization Of The Komín Rolling Stock - Selection Of A Contractor. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Modernization Of The Komín Depot, Including The Demolition Of Existing Buildings And The Construction Of New Operational And Technological Units. The Implementation Of The Public Contract Will Take Place During Partial Operation Of The Depot. In The Initial Phase Of Performance, The Selected Supplier Will Process The Documentation And Other Documents Necessary For The Removal Of Existing Buildings, Including The Demolition Survey, And Will Ensure The Relevant Engineering Work Required For The Start Of Demolition Work. After Meeting The Conditions Necessary For Their Implementation, The Demolition Of The Existing Buildings Will Subsequently Begin. In Parallel With The Processing Of Documents For Demolition And The Execution Of Demolition Works, The Selected Contractor Will Process The Project Documentation Of The New Building And Perform Related Engineering Work. The Start And Execution Of Demolition Work Will Not Be Conditional On The Completion Of The Project Documentation Of The New Building In Its Entirety. The Subsequent Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes The Construction Of New Operational And Technological Units And The Revitalization Of The Existing Infrastructure Of The Site. Part Of The Modernization Is In Particular The Construction Of A Parking Facility For Trolleybuses, Including Related Operational, Technical And Administrative Facilities For Employees, As Well As Apartments For Employees, As Well As A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars, As Well As The Construction Of A Maintenance And Repair Hall Including, Among Other Things, A Trolleybus Car Wash, Daily Treatment And Cleaning Workplaces, Diagnostic Workplaces And Maintenance Operations, Central Waste Management, An Energy Center With A Transformer, And Other Related Construction And Engineering Buildings. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Construction Of A New Fire Station Of The Jsdh Brno-Komín, The Modification Of Site Entrances And Traffic Connections To Jundrovská And Podveská Streets, And The Construction Of An Emergency Exit. The Aim Of The Modernization Is Mainly To Increase The Capacity Of The Depot, Increase The Operational Efficiency Of The Area And Create A Modern Background For Parking, Maintenance, Repairs And Management Of Trolleybuses. The Result Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Work According To The Contractual Conditions For The Supply Of Technological Equipment And The Design-Construction Of Electrical And Mechanical-Technological Works And Land And Engineering Structures Designed By The Contractor, The So-Called Fidic Yellow Book, 1St Edition, 1999, Published In Czech Translation By The Czech Association Of Consulting Engineers (Cace) In 2015, And Other Documents Forming The Contract For The Work. The Contracting Authority Envisages The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Contract As Part Of A Project Co-Financed From The Transport Operational Program 2021-2027. The Selected Supplier Is Obliged To Proceed In Such A Way That The Specified Intention Of The Contracting Authority Can Be Fulfilled.
