This Contract Concerns The Network And Exterior Development Works Of Phase Ii Of The Transformation Of The Brouch Fundamental School In Esch-Sur-Alzette. It Includes Demolitions And Earthworks, Wastewater And Rainwater Sanitation Networks With Retention Works, Various Reinforced Concrete Works, The Repair Of An Existing Retaining Wall, Road And Paving Works, Including The Repair Of The Public Sidewalk On Rue Michel Lentz, As Well As The Development Of Green Spaces And Play Areas. The Work Will Take Place On An Operating School Site, From March 2027, For A Period Of 95 Working Days.
