Software Supply Services – Delivery, Implementation And Support Of The Automated Security Validation (Asv) Tool. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery, Implementation And Subsequent Provision Of Technical Support Of The Asv - (Automated Security Validation) System Solution As A Platform Installed Locally (On-Premise) On The Contractors Infrastructure, For Automatic Security Validation And Evaluation Of Security Risks Within The Contractors Cyber Environment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Asv System). The Asv System Will Enable The Contractors Security Analysts To Effectively Test Security Resilience And Respond To Non-Compliance With Security Standards. It Will Also Serve To Fulfill The Requirement To Ensure A Cyber Security System According To Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, As Amended. Provision Of Technical Support Services For The Asv System Will Be For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Construction And Acceptance Of The Asv System By The Contracting Authority (I.E. From The Day Of The Start Of The Asv Systems Live Operation).
