Electricity – Supply Of Electricity For The Company Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. Z O. O. For 2027. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Active Electricity For The Company Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. Z O. O., Which Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2026.43), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law, Applicable Regulations Issued On Its Basis, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Licenses, The Provisions Of The Supply Agreement, The Conditions Contained In This Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As The Tor) And Any Explanations Provided By The Ordering Party In The Course Of The Procedure Tender. Masovian Airport Warsaw-Modlin Sp. Z O. O. Constitutes An End User Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law. 2. The Amount Of Energy Expected To Be Delivered During The Duration Of The Contract In B23 Tariffs For Two Ppe Points Is 7,500.00 Mwh. 3. Pursuant To Article 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order At A Level Not Less Than 85% Of The Estimated Volume Of Electricity Indicated In Section 2. 4. The Above Volume Is Calculated Based On Estimated And Forecast Consumption. 5. The Ordering Party Will Have Access To Quotations Of The Base_Y-27 And Base_Q-Xx-27 Indices On The Polish Power Exchange. The Ordering Party May Place An Order In A Maximum Of 4 Tranches For Each Period, With The Percentage Of Each Tranche Being A Multiple Of 25% And Ranging From 25% To 100% Of The Volume For A Given Period. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Sign An Agreement With The Relevant Dso No Later Than Before The Commencement Of Supplies And In Accordance With The Procedures Of The Energy Law. 7. The Ordering Party Will Make The Purchase In Tranches In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
