The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus, Manufactured No Older Than 2026, Approved And Compliant With Applicable Regulations And Technical Conditions For School Buses, Intended For Transporting Children And Adolescents To Schools, Including Disabled Children In Wheelchairs From The Masłowice Commune. 4.2. By Supply Of A School Bus, The Ordering Party Understands The Delivery Of An M3 Category Bus (E.G.
