Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Supply Of Active Electricity For The Needs Of Buildings And Facilities Of The City And Commune Of Serock And Its Organizational Units. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity (And Purchase Of Electricity Generated In Res Installations) Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law For The City And Commune Of Serock And Its Organizational Units Listed In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, In The Forecast Total Amount Up To 2,700.050 Mwh, Including A Guaranteed Order And An Order Covered By Option Rights. 2) The Guaranteed Order Covers The Supply Of Active Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To June 30, 2027 In An Estimated Amount Of 1,350.025 Mwh. The Ordering Party Will Complete The Guaranteed Order To The Minimum Extent Specified In Point 9. 3) The Order Covered By The Option Right (Extending Option) Covers The Supply Of Active Electricity In The Period From July 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 In An Amount Not Exceeding 1,350.025 Mwh (Maximum Value Of The Option), For The Energy Consumption Points Indicated In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Option Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. Using The Option Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party And Depends On Its Needs. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Execution Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Option Or For Failure To Use It In Whole Or In Part.
