The Subject Of This Order Includes The Provision Of A Service Called: Collection Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties In The Tuliszków Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2029 2. The Estimated Annual Amount Of Municipal Waste Is 3,600.00 Mg, Therefore The Forecast Amount Of Municipal Waste Under The Basic Order Is 10,800.00 Mg 3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of All Municipal Waste From Inhabited Properties And Municipal Waste In The Declared Amount From Uninhabited Properties Located In The Tuliszków Commune And The Collection Of Bulky Waste, Including Used Tires And Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), The Provisions Of The Updated Waste Management Plan For The Wielkopolska Voivodeship For 2023-2028 And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune And City Of Tuliszków 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver All Municipal Waste Collected From The Property To The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Orli Staw - Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków, Voivodeship Greater Poland. In The Event Of Periodic Downtime And Inability To Deliver Waste, The Ordering Party Will Indicate Another Municipal Waste Disposal Plant. 5. The Payment Deadline For Invoices Issued Monthly Is Up To 30 Days. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz - Sopz. 7. Pursuant To Art. 126 Section 1 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Will Call Upon The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest To Submit, Within A Specified Period, Not Less Than 10 Days From The Date Of The Request, Subjective Evidence, If It Required Their Submission In The Contract Notice Or Procurement Documents, Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Subjective Evidence. 8.
