Main Entrances And Public Facilities Are Provided On The Ground Floor, While Surgeries, Waiting Rooms And Accompanying Health Facilities Are Located On The Upper Floors. The Project Envisages Connecting The Building With The Surrounding Pedestrian Corridors And Park Areas Through Covered Porches And Organized Approaches. The Scope Of Work Includes The Execution Of All Construction-Craftsmanship And Installation Works Necessary For The Complete Completion And Commissioning Of The Building, Including The Execution Of Reinforced Concrete Construction, Architectural-Craftsmanship Works, Thermotechnical Installations, Heating, Cooling And Ventilation Systems, Plumbing And Drainage, Sprinkler Installations, High And Low Current Electrical Installations, Fire Alarm Systems, Vertical Transport Systems, Photovoltaic Power Plants And The Execution Of Exterior Decoration, Traffic And Parking Areas And Public Lighting. The Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Communal Infrastructure, With The Obligation To Carry Out All Necessary Connections And Comply With The Conditions Of Competent Public Law Bodies.
