The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Consulting Services Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut - Exercise Of Construction Supervision And Preparation Of A Compliance Assessment Report For A Site: Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Cmr For A Site Rehabilitation And Reconstruction Of A Bridge In The Village Of Dositeevo On The Balachka River And On The Road Hkv/Ii - 76, Bulgarin - Harmanli - Dositeevo From Km 8+870 To Km 9+600 The Total Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement Is 18 000.00 (Eighteen Thousand) Euros Excluding Vat. Deadline For Implementation Of Construction Supervision: The Deadline Starts From The Date Of Signing Protocol No. 2 For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level, According To Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Is Until The Date Of Signing Of The Constitutive Act For Establishing The Suitability For Construction, Form 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction. Deadline For Preparation Of The Final Report, Technical Passport - In 7 Calendar Days, After The Signing Of Act No. 15 And After The Issuance Of Written Opinions By The Specialized Control Authorities On The Legal Implementation Of The Construction And Its Readiness For Commissioning, To Prepare And Submit To The Contracting Party A Final Report In The Sense Of Article 168 Of The Zut And The Deadline For The Elimination Of Deficiencies. Remarks And Comments On The Submitted Documentation Is 3 (Three) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Described Omissions, Remarks And Comments. Important!!!
