Provision Of Maintenance Services After The Termination Of The Maintenance Services In The Basic Order, For A Period 84 Calendar Months, Provided That The Option Regarding Maintenance Services May Be Activated Successively, For 12 Months In The Form Of A Declaration By The Ordering Party, Submitted No Later Than 30 Days Before The Start Of The Next Maintenance Period. B. Provision Of Development Services In A Maximum Amount Of 1,000 Man-Hours C. Provision Of Initial Maintenance Services - From The Date Of Acceptance Of The System To The Date Of Making The System Available For Use D. Activation Of The Requirements W-A.1.1.1 - W-Aa.4.1.31 For The Parts Of The System Outside The Employee Portal. In The Scope Of An Order Covered By The Option Right, The Ordering Party Has Only The Right To Order Services, And Not The Obligation To Order Them. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part.
