The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Development Of A Communication Strategy And Comprehensive Implementation Of Communication, Promotional And Information Activities Supporting The Organization Of Educational And Information Events Related To The Implementation Of The Project Regarding Equipping Schools With It Laboratories And The Implementation Of Communication, Promotional And Information Activities Throughout The Country Regarding The Activities Of The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Activities Carried Out Before, During And After The Implementation Of Events Aimed At Promoting Nask-Pibs Activities In Connection With The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Project. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Amount Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Developing A Communication Strategy Supporting The Organization Of Educational And Information Events, Preparation And Production Of A Radio And Television Spot, Preparation Of A Creative Concept And Key Visual Of The Campaign, Described In Categories I, Ii And Iii Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Order Completion Date: The Agreement Will Be Valid From The Date Of Conclusion For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until The Budget Allocated For Its Implementation Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First. If The Budget For The Implementation Of The Contract Is Not Exhausted, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Contract Period By A Maximum Of 6 Months From The Date Of Expiry Of The Basic Period Of Its Validity Or Until The Budget Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First. 4. The Analysis Of The Subject Of The Contract Shows That Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law Applies. The Sopz Includes The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Referred To In Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Ordering Party Applies To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires That Persons Performing Administrative And Office Activities And Persons Related To Ongoing Cooperation With The Ordering Party, Discussed In The Sopz, Who Are Directly Related To The Performance Of The Order As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement, In Particular The Person Responsible For The Overall Supervision Of The Implementation Of Services Provided By The Contractor And Coordinating The Work Of The Team Dedicated To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Called The Account Manager, Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractors On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245). 6.
