The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Equipment Of A System For Monitoring And Controlling Network Facilities Operated By Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. In Ruda Śląska (Hereinafter: System Or Monitoring System). The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create One Coherent System Enabling Visualization, Remote Control And Analysis Of The Operation Of Facilities And Devices Monitored By The Ordering Party, In Particular Water Pumping Stations, Water Purchase Points, Pressure Reducers, Control Wells, Sewage Pumping Stations, Sewage Flow Meters, Retention Tanks, Storm Overflows And Rain Gauges, Along With The Equipment Of The Control Room. The Order Includes Two Tasks: Task No. 1 - Implementation Of A Complete Monitoring System, Including Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Configuration And Integration Of Hardware And Software, Control Room Equipment, Training And Documentation; Task No. 2 - Provision Of Full Technical Support Services After The End Of The Warranty Period For 60 Months. The Quantitative And Functional Scope Is Determined By The Opz. In The Field Of User Interfaces, The Ordering Party Took Into Account The Requirements Of Accessibility For People With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Web Interface Should Meet The Requirements Of Wcag 2.1 At Aa Level, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz. The Detailed Scope, Technical, Functional And Integration Parameters, Cybersecurity Requirements, Rules Of Implementation, Acceptance, Warranty And Technical Support Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
