The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Maneuvering Road Surface Made Of Eco-Paving Stones Filled With Grit On The Sub-Base, 2) Construction Of Parking Spaces Made Of Prefabricated Meba Concrete Slabs Filled With Topsoil And Sown With Grass With Designated Parking Spaces On The Sub-Base, 3) Construction Of Parking Spaces For Disabled People Made Of Phaseless Concrete Cubes On The Sub-Base, 4) Construction Exits Made Of Phaseless Concrete Cubes On The Foundation, 5) Construction Of Pedestrian Paths Made Of Concrete Paving Stones On The Foundation, 6) Installation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, 7) Installation Of Two-Part Protective Pipes On Telecommunications And Power Cables, 8) Installation Of Small Architecture: A Bench And Waste Bin, 9) Construction Of Three Rain Gardens With Emergency Overflows, 10) Construction Of Lawns On Flat Terrain, 11) Planting Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Ornamental Grasses In The Area Of Ornamental Beds And Within Rain Gardens, 12) Mulching Plants With Bark In Ornamental Beds And With Aggregate Within Rain Gardens, 13) Dismantling Existing Wells, Sewage Wells And Pipelines To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation, 14) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 15) Construction Of Linear Drainage, 16) Construction Of Drainage In Bottom Of Rain Gardens, 17) Reconstruction Of The Existing Heating Chamber, 18) Deactivation Of The Closed Heating Chamber, 19) Adjustment Of Fittings. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Following Change Has Occurred In Relation To The Construction Design: The Replacement Of The Existing Subsoil With Non-Seeded Soil, Included In The Design Documentation, Has Been Changed To: Reinforcement Of The Ground Using A Separating And Reinforcing Geotextile Filled With Different-Grained Sand, Which Was Included In The Attached Bill Of Quantities In Item No. 20. Therefore, The Indicated Reinforcement, Which Was Included In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Proceedings As An Auxiliary Document. 4.
