The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of 1,100 M³ Of Standard Diesel Oil Intended For Public Transport Buses, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Swz, The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Scope Of The Order Under The Option Right, On The Terms Set Out In Point 4.15 Of The Tor. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Standard Diesel Oil For Public Transport Buses - Vehicles Equipped With Compression Ignition Engines. The Supplied Standard Diesel Oil Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions. Diesel Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements Applicable On The Date Of Each Delivery, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Fuel Properties Appropriate To The Period Of The Year In Which The Delivery Is Made. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz, As Well As Applicable Law And The Highest Professional Diligence.
