Basic Service: 1.1. Regular Daily Cleaning Regular Daily Cleaning Must Be Carried Out From Monday To Friday And, Depending On The Teaching And Match Schedule And Usage, On Saturday And Sunday. Regular Daily Cleaning Tasks Are Permitted For The Campus - With The Exception Of 4 Buildings - From 6:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M., While For The 4 Buildings And The Dr. Koltai Jenő Sports Center From 04:00 A.M. To 08:00 A.M. In The Case Of The Dr. Koltai Jenő Sports Center, Night Work Is Not Possible. 1.2. Regular, Daily On-Call Cleaning The Regular, Daily On-Call Cleaning Tasks Are Performed For The Campus From 08:00 To 18:00, While For The Dr. Koltai Jenő Sports Center From 08:00 To 22:00. Campus Area To Be Cleaned: A Total Of 27,676.31 M2 (13 Buildings) Dr. Jenő Koltai Sports Center Area To Be Cleaned: 14,195.09 M2 Total Area Affected By Regular Cleaning Tasks: 41,871.4 M2 The Minimum Number Of People Required For Regular Daily Cleaning Is 23 (Twenty-Three) People [Campus + Dr. Jenő Koltai Sports Center]. In The Case Of Regular, Daily On-Call Cleaning Tasks, The Minimum Expected Number Of Employees Is 10 (Ten) People [Campus + Dr. Koltai Jenő Sports Center]. The Purpose Of The Regular, General Cleaning Tasks Is To Carry Out Daily Cleanings And Maintain Hygiene Requirements During Periods Outside Of The Performance Of University Duties (Outside Of Teaching And Research Periods And The Working Hours Of Employees). 2.Regular Service: 2.1. Front Doors And Windows - Cleaning Tasks Normally: 11,577 M2 2.2. Front Doors And Windows - Cleaning Tasks With Alpine Technology: 1,867 M2 2.3. Façade Doors And Windows - Cleaning Tasks With A Lifting Basket Structure And/Or Rolling Stand: 472 M2 Exterior And Interior Cleaning Of The Facade Doors And Windows Is Carried Out Two (2) Times A Year In Case Of A Separate Order By The Bidder. 2.4. Major Cleaning: 1 Time Per Year, A Total Of 2 Times During The Duration Of The Contract. 3. Optional Service: 3.1.
