Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy – Purchase Of Electricity For Pwik Sp. Facilities. Z O. O. For The Period From January 1, 2027 Until December 31, 2027. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Ordering Partys Facilities And The Purchase Of Surplus Electricity Generated In The Ordering Partys Generation Sources Located In The Communes Of: Wodzisław Śl., Radlin, Rydułtowy, Gorzyce, Marklowice, Gaszowice, Godów In The Period From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027 In An Estimated Amount Of 3,324.434 Mwh. 2) The Estimated Demand For Electricity Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Quantities Presented In Annex 4 To The Swz Are Estimated Quantities, Calculated On The Basis Of The Historical Collection To Date, In Order To Determine The Value Of The Order. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Minimum Total Amount Of Consumption Will Not Be Less Than 60% Of The Volume Indicated In Annex 4 To The Swz. 3) Energy Will Be Sold Through The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Distribution System Operator (Dso). The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Executing The Order, No Later Than On The Day Of Concluding The Sales Contract, Has A Valid Contract Concluded With The Dso, On The Basis Of Which It Is Possible To Sell Electricity Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All The Ordering Partys Facilities Indicated In Annex 4 To The Swz. 4) Settlements For The Supplied Electricity Will Be Based On The Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems According To Unit Prices For A Given Consumption Point Based On Actual Energy Consumption And Will Be Increased By The Value Of The Fixed Component Payable Monthly, Specified In The Contractors Price Offer (Commercial Fee). 5) The Ordering Party Has The Legal Title To Dispose Of The Facilities Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6) The Ordering Party Requires That The Settlement Period Is Consistent With The Settlement Period Of The Dso. 7) The Ordering Party Will Conclude One Sales Contract Covering All Of The Ordering Partys Collection Points. 8) The Ordering Party Allows The Conclusion Of A Comprehensive Sales And Distribution Agreement. 9) The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Signing The Contract By Correspondence Or In Electronic Form (Using An Electronic Signature). 10) The Contractor Will Conclude, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, An Agreement For The Provision Of Distribution Services In The Case Of Collection Points For Which Comprehensive Agreements Were Previously In Force And In The Case Of Consumption Points For Which The Distribution Agreement Was Concluded For A Fixed Period. The Ordering Party Has Provided For The Time Necessary To Conclude A Distribution Agreement For Energy Consumption Points For Which The Distribution Agreement Is Not Concluded For An Indefinite Period. 11) The Ordering Party Did Not Conclude Any Contracts Or Promotional Annexes. 12) The Purchased Energy Will Be Intended Solely For Own Needs.
