The Goal Of Savon Voima Verko (Hereafter Svv, The Customer) Is To Acquire A Modern, Efficient And Scalable User Support System (Dms) That Supports Both Current And Future Needs Of Network Management, Customer Service And Electricity Network Automation. The Planned Life Cycle Of The Acquired System Is At Least 10 Years. The Dms System Supports The Use, Monitoring, Optimization And Disturbance Management Of The Electricity Network. The Main Tasks Of The System Are: • Provide Real-Time Visibility Into The State Of The Network • Support Operational Decision-Making By The On-Call Operator • Enable Effective Fault Interruption Management And Troubleshooting • Enable Reporting Of Key Indicators Of Electricity Network Operations • Integrate With The Rest Of The Grid Companys System. The Main Functionalities Of The System: The System Receives Almost Real-Time Amr Meter Data, Performs Power Distribution Calculations And Alerts About Deviations. Functions Include Access Control, Fault Management (Including Automatic Fault Location Assessment), Network Modeling And Simulation, Interruption Management, And Reporting And Analytics. In Addition, The System Supports Capacity Management, Calculation Of Ground Fault Protection And An Overall View Of The Status Of Protections. System Architecture, User Interface And Integrations: The System Is Acquired In The Customers Virtual Environment As An On-Premise Solution. The System Must Be Available 24/7, Fault-Tolerant And Duplicated. The User Interface Must Be Clear, Map-Based, Suitable For Mobile And Browser Use, Offering Real-Time Updates And Filtering Options. The System Must Enable Two-Step Authentication For Remote Access. The System Must Integrate With Several External Systems Through The Customers Integration Platform, Such As Nis, Gis, Scada, Customer Information, Weather System, Task Management, Work Control, Measurement Data, Amr And Call System. Content Of The Procurement Summarized: The Procurement Includes An Information System Complex To Be Implemented In The Customers Own Server Or Virtual Environment, Which Covers At Least The Systems Software And Licenses, Installation, Configuration, Integrations, Data Migration, Testing, Documentation, User And Maintenance Training, Production Commissioning, And Maintenance And Support Services According To The Contract.
