Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law Up To The Value Of 50% Of The Basic Order. 4. Requirements For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship: 4.1.
