Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: The Loan comprises two tranches: up to EUR 47.5 million to finance Tranche 1 and EUR 7.5 million to finance Tranche 2 to be committed at the Banks discretion and after separate due diligence. Additional funding intends to origin from SECO, WBIF and Donor. 2. Information on the Project Project Description: The project includes the modernization and expansion of basic solid waste management (SWM) infrastructure in five regions. Tranche 1 includes finance of SWM infrastructure in the Pelagonija, Southwest and Polog regions, and Tranche 2 includes finance of SWM infrastructure in the Vardar and Southeast regions.
