The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E (Gz-50) To 25 Consumption Points Operated By The Spytkowice Commune, 1 Consumption Point Operated By The Municipal Public Library In Spytkowice And 1 Consumption Point Operated By The Astra Peoples Sports Club In Spytkowice.2.Natural Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Spytkowice Commune, As A Public Administration Unit, Is Exempt From Excise Tax.
