3.1.Subject Of The Order: Specialized Training Services For Teachers And Students As Part Of The Project Entitled: Modern Solutions In Education - Support For The Development Of Vocational Education In Mieczysławów - Iii. 3.2.The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0039/24-00 Entitled: Modern Solutions In Education - Support For The Development Of Vocational Education In Mieczysławów Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For 2021 - 2027.3.3.The Order Is Divided Into 6 Parts, Described In Detail In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order, Including: Part No. 1 (3). Grooming Workshops - For 20 Participantspart No. 2 (5). Dog Training Instructor Course – For 5 Participantspart No. 3 (6). Ebru – The Art Of Painting On Water – For 10 Participants. Part No. 4 (8). Flower Pressing Workshops – For 10 Participantspart No. 5 (9). Macrame Creation Workshops – For 10 Participantspart No. 6 (10). Garden Design Course – For 1 Participant3.4.Cpv Code: 80510000-2 Specialized Training Services3.5.The Contractor Is Not Able To Add People Directed By The Ordering Party To The Group He Recruits.3.6.The Contractor Undertakes Not To Charge Participants With Any Additional Costs.3.7.The Contractor Must Provide Appropriate Technical Resources Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Meeting Health And Safety Requirements.3.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor Individual Stages, Including The Exam, Including: To Inform Students About The Exam Date And About The Issuance Of The Required Documents By The Examination Institution, In Accordance With Opz.3.9.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Divided Into 6 Parts, Is Included In Annex No. 9 To This Tor. 3/10The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirement Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract.3.11.The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Any Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Specified The Issue In The Offer Evaluation Criterion.3.12.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act Pzp.3.13.Contractors Are Obliged To Comply With The Principle Do Not Cause Serious Damage To The Environment (Dnsh Principle), I.E.
