Part I: Delivery Of Materials For Conducting Gardening Classes. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Bringing And Putting Into Use Of Brand New Equipment Intended For The Operation Of The Day Care Home In Łosień, Łosień 54, 23-145 Wysokie. A Detailed Description Of The Equipment And A Quantitative List Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. All Products Offered Under Individual Parts Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects And Admitted For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, If Legal Provisions Impose Such An Obligation. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, Standards, Technical Standards And Safety Requirements Applicable To A Given Type Of Assortment, In Particular In The Field Of Safety Of Use, Health And Environmental Protection. If Applicable Regulations For A Given Product Require Certificates, Attestations, Declarations Of Conformity, Quality Certificates, Ce Marking Or Other Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Product With Legal Requirements, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Offered Product Has Them And To Provide Them To The Ordering Party At The Latest With Delivery Or At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. Equivalent Documents Issued In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Country Of Production Or Marketing Of The Product, Confirming That The Offered Product Meets The Requirements, Are Allowed. All Requirements Specified In The Order Documents Are Minimum Requirements. Failure To Meet Any Of The Requirements Applicable To A Given Part Of The Order Or The Offered Product Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order, In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.4.2 Quality Requirementsall Delivered Equipment Elements Must Be: • Brand New, • Unused, • Complete, • Free From Physical And Legal Defects, • Intended For Use On The European Union Market, • Products Intended For Children Should Have The Ce Marking And Meet The Requirements Of The Relevant Pn-En Standards Regarding The Safety Of Products For Children. Delivery Of: • Used Equipment, • Exhibition Equipment, • Refurbished Equipment, • Incomplete Elements, • Products Is Not Allowed. With Mechanical Damage. 4.3 Consumables Consumable Materials Should: • Come From Current Production, • Have A Shelf Life Of No Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery (If Applicable), • Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging, • Have Labels In Polish. 4.4 Delivery The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Agree On The Delivery Date With The Ordering Party, • Provide His Own Transport, • Protect The Equipment Against Damage During Transport, • Bring The Equipment To The Indicated Rooms, • Install All Elements Requiring Assembly.
