Or its Approved Biosimilars Closing date 25/10/2026 Ustekinumab 90 mg PFS or PFP (SC), or its approved biosimilars, based on the principle of price competition regarding the lowest-priced pharmaceutical form on the national lists. The supplying company is committed to providing the item below free of charge: Ustekinumab 45 mg PFS (SC) at a quantity equivalent to 10% of the requirement for the 90 mg strength for the same indications 1288 for the first year, with the allocation split between the two companies60% (reference product) and 40% (biosimilar)subject to discussions between the parties. Accord (the biosimilar manufacturer) is requested to provide the treatment free of charge for a number of patients (2030) for use pending the arrival of the supply under the contract concluded with them. It is confirmed that the Medical City Department is designated as the dispensing center for the treatment. The PFP pharmaceutical form of the item is to be added under national code 10-AC0-026, based on the principle of price competition regarding the lowest-priced pharmaceutical form on the national lists. There is no objection to the company providing the IGRA test, provided it is made available at health institutions. Dispensing is restricted to the treatment of: moderately to severely active Crohns disease and moderate to severe psoriasis, following the failure of previously approved biological therapies for these conditions. The dispensing of the aforementioned items at the Medical City Department is to be carried out in accordance with their respective indications.
